VTube-LASER-to-Transfluid Bender Corrections in 3 Minutes

Transfluid Tube Processing Machinery Inc., in Simpsonville, South Carolina, is a VTube-LASER partner company that sells high-end CNC tube benders and other equipment for building completely automated tube-fabrication cells.

The Advanced Tubular Technologies team visited on July 3rd, 2025, with a camera crew to create a video showing a tube-bending correction loop with VTube-LASER software using a HEXAGON arm to scan and correct a tube shape in a Transfluid left-right bender.

The part was a copper HVAC part with a 180-degree bend and two 90-degree bends.

We timed the correction loop process time from first part to the qualified part to the qualification report.

A qualified part shape was achieved in less than 3 minutes.
