We improved the Best Fit alignment algorithm so that large length deviations on End B do not have an impact on Best Fit alignments of measured tubes to master tubes. This change
will especially improve tube shape alignments as the bend count decreases - with the greatest improvement in single bend alignments with large End B length deviations.
